When creating an item, choose “None / Weekly / Monthly / Yearly”. Picking a category suggests a repeat: mortgage, credit card and bills are monthly; birthdays and anniversaries are yearly; classes and meetings are weekly. Once you change it yourself, switching category won't override your choice.
Existing items can be changed too: tap the date to open “Edit time” — the same options are there.
The 31st in a 30-day month, or February 29 in a non-leap year, falls on the last day of that month instead of spilling into the next.
Switch the date picker to “Lunar” to pick a Chinese lunar date; the matching Gregorian date is shown below. With “Yearly”, a lunar birthday is converted to the right Gregorian date every year.
Turn on “Sync to Calendar” in the schedule editor and save; the first time, iOS asks for calendar access. Later edits update that same event, and turning the switch off or deleting the item removes it — no duplicates.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → EasyTools and allow notifications; you can also see the status under “Me → Notifications” in the app. Monthly and yearly items roll over to the next occurrence after they fire, usually the next time you open the app.
Notes, countdowns and schedule items can each be locked with Face ID or a 6-digit PIN. If you forget a PIN, you can verify with Face ID or your device passcode to get back in. We have no server that could reset it — your data only lives on your device.
Open a note and tap the microphone in the top-right to start, tap again to stop; the text is inserted at the cursor. The first time, iOS asks for Speech Recognition and Microphone access. Recognition runs on-device for the app's language.
Turn on “Me → iCloud Sync” to sync within your own iCloud account. You can also “Export Backup” to save a JSON file to the Files app and “Restore Backup” on the new phone.
