EasyTools is provided and operated by Sheyu Jiye (Zhuhai) Holding Group Co., Ltd., Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. For any privacy matter, contact us at info@sheyugroup.com.
EasyTools has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of our own. The notes, countdowns and schedules you create are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us and we have no way to read them.
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs. It does not read advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), does not track usage and does not track you across apps.
· Notifications: only for the due-date reminders you set. Reminders are scheduled by the system on your device and never go over the network.
· Face ID: only when you lock a note, countdown or schedule item, to unlock it. Verification is done by the system; we never access your biometric data.
· Calendar: only when you turn on “Sync to Calendar” for a schedule item, to write that one event into your own calendar. We do not read anything else in your calendar and upload nothing.
· Microphone & Speech Recognition: only after you tap the microphone in a note, until you tap it again, to turn your speech into text. Recognition runs entirely on your device; the audio is discarded once the text is in your note, and it never reaches any server.
We do not request access to Photos, Contacts, Location or Bluetooth, and we collect none of that information.
“iCloud Sync” is off by default. When you turn it on, your data syncs between your own devices through Apple's iCloud key-value storage, in your own iCloud account, handled by Apple under its privacy policy. We cannot receive or see it. You can turn it off and clear it at any time.
“Export Backup” writes your data to a JSON file and hands it to the system share sheet so you decide where it goes. This happens entirely on your device.
The app is intended for a general audience and does not target children for data collection — in fact we collect no one's data.
Because your data exists only on your devices, you have full control: deleting an item in the app deletes it for good; uninstalling the app removes all local data; the iCloud copy can be cleared when you turn off sync in the app.
If a future version introduces any new data processing, we will update this page and mark the effective date.
